Chunky Monkey Acai Bowl
Start your day with this acai bowl, and it’s like having dessert for breakfast. Creamy, chocolaty and nutty, this decadent treat is as satisfying as it is packed with nutrients.
For acai bowl:
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 3.5-ounce frozen unsweetened acai packet
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip LÄRABAR, broken into crumbles
Place banana, milk, peanut butter and cocoa powder in high-speed blender. Run the acai packet under warm water for five seconds, cut it open and drop the frozen mixture inside. Blend on high speed until well combined. Pour into bowl and top with sliced banana, cacao nibs and LARABAR crumbles.
